We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as Head of School for one of our premium schools in São Paulo, Brazil.

  • ">

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the school, fostering a positive and inclusive culture that promotes student well-being and academic success.

    ">">

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the smooth operation of the school, including budget management and resource allocation.

    ">">

  • Oversee administrative functions, supervise staff, and evaluate teaching and administrative personnel.

    ">">

  • Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and potential partners, while ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.

    ">">

  • Act as a spokesperson for the school and represent its interests to external organizations, handling crises and unexpected situations in a calm and effective manner.

    ">">

  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and review curriculum content, implement assessment strategies, and measure student progress and achievement.

  • Establish and enforce safety and security protocols, respond to emergencies, and ensure the well-being of students and staff.

">Requirements:">
  • ">

  • Proven experience in curricular development and school management, with a comprehensive knowledge of curriculum and instruction from Toddlers 1 to Grade 12.

  • Command of IB, AP, and/or traditional American curriculum is required, along with experience abroad in premium, innovative, and modern-approach schools.

  • A proven track record of driving results, building high-performing teams, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
