Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive project blueprints, timelines, and deliverables for all marketing initiatives.

  • Identify bottlenecks, develop process efficiencies, and enhance workflows to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage future hires and freelancers as the organization scales.
  • Explore, implement, and optimize AI tools to enhance workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve client deliverables.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role in marketing, advertising, or a fast-paced service-based business.
  • Exceptional organizational skills — meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Tech-savvy — mastery of project management software, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Strong leadership abilities — confident in directing a team, holding people accountable, and driving results.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex tasks and keep everyone aligned.
