We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Associate to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Guest Experience Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests while they are staying in our properties. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting guests with booking rental reservations and sending out check-in instructions
- Processing payments, analyzing identification and selfies to ensure reservations are legitimate, and sending signed contracts
- Remotely assisting with guest check-in as needed, answering questions, documenting issues, and creating maintenance work orders
- Resolving problems expeditiously by communicating with local team members/vendors and following up on tasks
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is a friendly and attentive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, who can establish rapport with guests. They must also possess strong problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and able to work independently as part of a global team.
Requirements:
This role requires proficiency in English (near-native level), with Spanish being an asset. The ability to calculate and process numbers accurately, as well as sales experience, is preferred.
