Brazil Marketing Account Manager Job Description

This position plays a pivotal role in launching marketing initiatives for our Brazilian clients.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management: Ensure seamless coordination, high client satisfaction, and resolving client issues on marketing for Brazil-based clients.
  2. Client & Partner Liaison: Lead all Portuguese-language client and partner communication to bridge the language and cultural gap between Brazil and global teams.
  3. Campaign Architect & Executor: Develop, localize, and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns including creative assets, social media, influencer strategies, events, PR, CRM, and performance tracking.
  4. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight gathering to inform strategy and localization.
  5. Vendor & Media Coordination: Manage relationships with local vendors, media, influencers, and agencies overseeing selection, briefing, execution, and quality control.
Requirements
  • Key Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Experience managing client accounts, maintaining relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating between multiple stakeholders.
  2. Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese with professional working proficiency in English.
  3. Professional experience of 3-5 years in marketing, branding, or communications in Brazil ideally within an agency, international firm, or cross-border marketing context.
  4. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Adept at setting KPIs, analyzing campaign metrics, and iterating strategies based on performance data.
  5. Organizational Agility: Excellent project management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, multi-team environments.
  6. Cross-Border Coordination: Experience working with multinational teams, fluency in coordinating across language and cultural boundaries.
