Marketing Operations Specialist

We are a dynamic team of professionals seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to oversee the coordination of marketing campaigns, promotions, and communication strategies.

About the Role:
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
  • Maintain industry awareness by monitoring trends, news, and events to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze competitors' strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and distribute engaging content across various channels.
  • Manage campaign tracking and performance analysis to optimize results.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
  • Develop and maintain a company-wide promotional calendar to facilitate visibility and collaboration.
  • Coordinate PR activities, including scheduling interviews, briefing talent, and supporting press release creation.
  • Deliver video, photo, and creative assets to stakeholders in line with campaign schedules.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing campaigns, and public relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism, Communication Sciences, Advertising, Media & Entertainment Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools to manage marketing workflows.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
