Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks across our sales and marketing departments, including:
- Developing marketing materials, such as presentations and proposals, to showcase our services and products.
- Providing quotes to clients and creating customized proposals that meet their needs.
- Coordinating with hotels and suppliers to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Writing engaging route descriptions and itineraries that highlight the uniqueness of our offers.
- Calculating and providing quotes to clients based on supplier rates.
- Issuing air tickets and providing clients with necessary information for their trips.
- Communicating with clients and suppliers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Tourism or a related field.
- Excellent professional English language skills.
