OPIS, a Dow Jones company, specializes in providing price transparency across the global fuel supply chain, encompassing the Spot, Wholesale Rack, and Retail markets.

About the Role:

As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Global Sales team by providing full administrative support, including the submission of sales orders and recording updates on the CRM system.

You will also have the opportunity to learn the sales process and our diverse, market-leading products, reporting to the Executive Director of Sales and Business Development for Latin America.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support Field Sales with the contract administration process, including creating new contracts for new customers and amending or correcting existing contracts, ensuring accurate data input into the relevant CRM system and processing through to final billing stage.
  • Validate inbound leads by phone, chat line, or email and assign the lead to the appropriate sales rep based on lead validation guidance.
  • Work closely with Sales Reps, order management team, billing, etc., to ensure sales are accurately recorded and reported in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate between the sales rep and corporate legal in situations where legal input is required.
  • Contribute to process improvements to existing sales support processes.

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service, or a similar function.
  • Knowledge of and interest in energy commodity markets.
  • English fluency (mandatory).
  • Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite system (preferred).
  • Spanish fluency (preferred).
