Configuration Specialist

Seek a collaborative role with innovative professionals to support the expansion of a leading platform, including routing and approval processes and business group enablement.
In this position, work directly with clients to identify and design solutions for their prioritized requirements, taking direction from program managers and product owners.
The impact you will make in this role- Deliver capabilities utilizing integration platforms such as Adobe Workfront Fusion and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Complete support requests in line with prioritization and request flow.
- Implement data and technical configurations within the platform to meet business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to drive productivity improvements through simplified configuration and automation.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or 5+ years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in understanding, consuming, and documenting REST APIs for seamless integration.
- Understanding of digital asset lifecycle, review, and approval processes, and workflows.
Additional qualifications that could be beneficial include:
- Experience with platform integration, proofing tools, and workflow management.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Support and enhancement of 'Computed Workflows' related to marketing asset review and approval.
- Self-learning on advancements in unified review and approval technology.
