Immersive Experience Producer

We are seeking a skilled Immersive Experience Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in XR production and be able to oversee the development of innovative and narrative-driven experiences.

About the Role

This is a highly visible position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee product feature development cycles
  • Maintain optimal communication between cross-functional areas
  • Manage the production process, working with internal and external teams
  • Follow roadmaps, schedules, and milestones
  • Report on project status and progress
Requirements:Must Haves:
  • Experience as a Line Producer or Producer in XR, Video Games, Mobile, or Animation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with team members from different disciplines
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high degree of independence
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge in man-hour investment estimation for art, design, modeling, textures, rigging, and animation tasks
  • Good level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution
  • Able to identify problems and risks, communicating solutions to stakeholders
  • Positive, flexible, and results-driven attitude
  • Constantly looking for self-improvement and learning new skills
  • Delivering high-quality output and giving/receiving constructive feedback
Nice to Have:
  • Experience as a game producer in a high-profile video game
  • Understanding of software development life cycles
