Research Opportunities

The project involves a collaboration between a renowned research institution and another esteemed institution to conduct cutting-edge research in biopharmaceutical applications of nanotechnology. The research focuses on developing innovative solutions for drug delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and fabricating nanoparticles with detailed physicochemical and biological characterization
  • Conducting research in bioconjugate chemistry involving tethering of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and peptides to polymers
  • Preparing monthly and semi-annual reports, publications, and grantsmanship
Required Skills
  • Bioconjugate chemistry (polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences)
  • Biological and physicochemical characterization techniques (NMR, FTIR, HPLC, LC/MS, Flow cytometry, SEM, TEM, zeta potential determination, Atomic Absorption Spectrometry, MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry)
Job Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry or Chemistry or Biomedical Engineering required
  • Strong background in polymer chemistry and its applications
