We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Research Coordinator to join our team.

As a key member of our research unit, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and communicating research findings across various sectors.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality research projects that meet their expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing research projects from inception to completion;
  • Conducting thorough desk and field research to gather relevant data and information;
  • Structuring and writing reports, presentations, and briefings that effectively communicate research findings;
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards;
  • Managing project teams and developing strategies for research projects and proposals;
  • Fostering collaboration and team building within the research unit;
  • Providing excellent communication and customer service skills to clients and stakeholders;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Communications, Journalism, Social Sciences, or related fields;
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner;
  • Previous experience in market research, preferably in a leadership or senior coordinator role;
  • Full proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Portuguese;
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure quality delivery;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions;
