Business Development and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and make a real impact on our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing business development strategies, hiring and managing a team of sales and key account managers, developing online merchandising proposals, and retaining key account relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and execute business development/growth strategy for the category
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Sales and Key Account Managers
  • Develop online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets
  • Retail and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes
  • Carry out analysis & survey to better understand merchant requirements and behavior
  • Identify, establish, and grow other local strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  • Proven eCommerce working experience in business development, sales or account management
  • Graduation degree
  • Bilingual in Portuguese and English
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate and evaluate analysis
  • Super business acumen
  • Previous management and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication capability
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
