About the Role

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in human resources within a professional environment as an HR Intern in São Paulo.

You will contribute significantly to the digitization of employee records and support various HR tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in maintaining electronic timekeeping systems, including data entry and shift scheduling.
  2. Provide support in processing benefits requests and employee registrations.
  3. Collaborate with the HR team to address employee inquiries related to timekeeping, benefits, and general HR matters.
  4. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in all HR-related tasks.
  5. Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
