You will play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless implementation of business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Identify, engage, and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, crypto projects, OTC partners, payment providers, and key ecosystem players in Brazil.
- Drive user and revenue growth through local partnership channels, listings, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Support the onboarding of high-value clients and institutional accounts with tailored business solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and local regulatory updates to propose new business opportunities.
- Track, measure, and report on business performance metrics and pipeline progress regularly.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales—preferably in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services.
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial and crypto landscape.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (native) and English (professional working level).
