Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Professional to join our team as a Customer Growth Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with assigned clients, driving overall customer health and growth through regular meetings, strategic planning, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to drive overall customer health and growth.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their business and technical expectations, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  4. Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, focusing on gross profit, margin percentage, and cross-sell metrics.
  5. Collaborate with Customer Success teams to drive SaaS business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Partner with Revenue Assurance to minimize health risks and optimize financial performance.
  7. Analyze and forecast client traffic, taking proactive measures to ensure ongoing business growth and minimize losses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles, with a proven track record of driving customer growth and revenue expansion.
  • Experience managing clients in the financial industry is highly valued, but not required.
  • Advanced English language proficiency is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
