We are seeking a Sales Growth and Revenue Expansion Manager to drive sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships with issuers and financial institutions. This role will be responsible for driving business results across the Latin America and Caribbean region.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in delivering against business targets for Mastercard from new business and existing customers.
  • Analyze data and insights to inform decision-making, sales strategies, and business development initiatives.
  • Lead generation efforts by identifying high-value prospects and creating tailored outreach strategies.
  • Develop sales materials customized to customer needs.
  • Contribute to the creation of financial models and business cases for new opportunities.
  • Manage and lead presale activities and projects from inception to completion.

Sales Business Development

Buils trusted relationships and drives sales with issuers. Navigate financial organizations to successfully gain adoption of an idea/concept. Serve as an ambassador for Ethoca at industry tradeshows and networking events, positioning Mastercard as a business partner, thought leader, and trusted advisor.
