Drive revenue growth and accuracy in Latam by leading a team to manage sales strategies, optimize revenue, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Lead a team to understand negotiations, provide necessary tools, and ensure accurate revenue booking in the system.
- Work closely with Ad Sales to comprehend their objectives and deliver solutions that meet those targets.
- Liaise between Ad Sales, Programming, and Strategic Planning to understand complex negotiations and communicate daily with regions and external sales representatives on account status.
- Maintain current knowledge of department systems and functionalities to propose areas for improvement and automation.
- Ensure full understanding of legal and business-imposed regional market regulations, requirements, and expectations.
- College degree or equivalent required.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience in television environment or operations with team leadership experience.
