Global Revenue Growth Manager

Description:

We're seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for coordinating activities across multiple teams and customer-facing projects.

Your primary focus will be on partnering with our America Region's Head as their right-hand business partner, supporting execution, securing deliverables, and reporting regional status.

You'll lead customer-facing projects, including meetings, documentation, risk escalation, process creation, merchant communication, and leadership reporting.

To achieve success, you'll drive efficiencies by designing automated processes and tools, removing roadblocks for operational excellence.

You'll analyze revenue impact of projects/policies and track tasks against project plans to ensure timely deliverables.

In addition, you'll contribute to commercial plan execution by setting clear goals and tracking results.

Finally, you'll work on incentive plans to accelerate company revenue.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in revenue operations/sales and CRM tools.
  • Program Management skills, including planning, cross-group collaboration, resource coordination, and communications.
  • Familiarity with various project methodologies (traditional, Agile, JIRA, Monday, Asana).
  • Strong data analytics skills and tools (Power BI, Google tools).
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
