Revenue Portfolio Manager

The successful Revenue Portfolio Manager will oversee key global revenue management initiatives and projects. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing revenue-related strategies to enhance hotel performance.

The incumbent will lead regional teams and hotels by providing revenue management guidance and maximizing profit streams. Direct support will be provided to ensure successful adoption of strategic objectives.

This position involves driving the development, implementation, and operation of both strategic and tactical programs designed to enhance revenue management services penetration and deliver competitive advantage.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field of work, with demonstrated proficiency in central reservations systems and revenue management systems.

The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build and manage relationships with leadership, field support teams, and key hotel representatives.

Fostering relationships between teams, facilitating communication, and resolving conflicts when necessary are key aspects of this role.
