**Propósito**:
Responsible for all aspects of Revenue Management on behalf of the assigned hotel portfolio. The Revenue Manager will work closely with the leadership of each property in analyzing price positioning throughout the competitive set and the entire local marketplace in order to develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies by managing all applicable Distribution Channels. This is ultimately driven off of a budget which the Revenue Manager leads the process in establishing with the support of the leadership at each hotel while actively tracking results as well as pace against these targets by way of a continuously updated forecast.

- Develop property specific strategies and tactics to maximize revenues by performing the necessary analysis
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Price-Value comparison
- Business mix analysis
- Monitor and manage rates and inventory to ensure the property is properly priced in the market by day
- Channel parity / availability
- Competitive pricing analysis
- Manage availability of rates/rate tiers
- Track and communicate the effectiveness of defined strategies and tactics making recommendations for on-going adjustments
- Multi-tasking/Organization - ability to manage multiple activities in parallel with proper follow up on status
**Educação e experiência**:
- College degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
- 5 years of revenue management experience, within the hotel industry
- Multi-property experience, with an understanding of budgeting/forecasting
- Manage hotel programs: SynXis, Opera
