Job Title: Portfolio Revenue Management Director

This senior role directs key global revenue management projects and initiatives to the hotel community through partnerships with operations and Revenue Management.

The successful candidate will lead development of global revenue management initiatives, providing feedback to Americas revenue management leadership to ensure successful adoption.

Responsibilities include managing development, implementation and assessment of revenue-related strategies for hotels in an assigned region, covering pricing, demand analysis, yield management, market segmentation, business mix optimization, selling strategies and tactics in line with company policies and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include facilitating communication and training of Americas revenue management projects and initiatives to the hotel community through HPS area teams and other operations partners.

  • Drive implementation of brand and regional pricing, yield, selling strategies and revenue management best practices.
  • Investigate and communicate new ways to capture optimal revenue potentials.
  • Analyze and review revenue management strategies for the brand and region with focus on key markets and management companies to increase revenues and profits.

Required skills and qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience. Eight to ten years of experience in hotel operations management, revenue management, or field consulting is preferred.

A strong analytical skill set and attention to detail are essential, along with project management, verbal and written communication, relationship building with leadership and hotel partners, conflict management and negotiation, knowledge of industry trends, and ability to drive revenue.
