Enterprise Sales Director

Drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships with OEMs, enterprises, and distribution channels. Leverage leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and develop sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs and executive decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams, global licensing teams, and product, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations business units to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities in emerging markets and sectors, such as education, banking, and government.
  • Manage go-to-market programs, including training partner managers and reporting progress within global cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably within the compute ecosystem or distribution players managing IT products.
  • Proven management skills and record of working in matrix organizations.
  • B.Tech/ BE or equivalent and MBA in sales and marketing with strong analytical skills.
