Sovos Compliance is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Product Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting multiple functions within the company to provide forecasts, pipeline and sales reporting processes, on-going support and maintenance of our business systems and data.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and enhance forecasting tools and processes to drive business growth and improvement.
- Provide insightful reporting and data analyses to senior management in support of forecasting and performance management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Gain alignment with business partners to better inform sales forecasting and drive business decisions.
- Develop a partnership with stakeholders to enable buy-in and ownership of financial goals, ensuring a clear understanding of business objectives.
- Provide objective analytical support to influence and reinforce business decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategic planning.
- Create Jira reports and dashboards for managers and executives, providing a clear and concise view of business performance.
- Assist with execution and development of commission plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Sound analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve with both internal and remote users.
- Experience creating and streamlining recurring reports, with a focus on data visualization and insights.
- Ability to comprehend and simplify complex concepts/analyses to help influence decisions, using clear and concise language.
- Capability to be self-motivated and act as a team player to work cross functionally, collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
