About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and customer-facing experience, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform business analysis to support the deployment of Personetics Solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Lead/Perform data and quality analysis, including data mapping reviews, data validation, and remediation, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and tune the model set to optimize business outcomes.
  • Respond to business and functional requirement requests, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Design and write functional specs for customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the implementation team during user acceptance testing, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
  • Collaborate closely with business and technology units to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Research, analyze, and organize big data from both technical and business perspectives, providing actionable insights.
  • Analyze, specify, and validate new business requirements, participating in new product designs to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager or similar.
  • Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL and data mining/designing analytical models.
  • Statistics/data modeling/analytical background with experience writing detailed specifications.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently, thriving in a fast-paced environment and learning quickly.
  • Advanced and/or fluent English to interact with a global team and clients.
