Marketing Campaign Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrated marketing, user operations, and campaign management within O2O, e-commerce, or digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop monthly marketing calendars based on local trends, user behavior, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Align campaigns with business goals and consumer needs.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign development including creative themes, promotional mechanics, investment strategy, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Adapt global strategies to reflect Brazilian culture, language, and digital habits.
  • Build joint campaigns with key accounts, influencers (KOLs), and strategic partners.
  • Track campaign KPIs in real time and iterate based on insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in integrated marketing, user operations, or campaign management within O2O, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Brazilian consumer behavior, culture, and digital ecosystem.
  • Experience with large-scale seasonal campaigns.
  • Familiarity with local platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to work with multicultural teams.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for identifying trends and turning insights into impactful campaigns.
