Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management & Procurement (50%): Provide financial guidance and recommendations to marketing teams, ensuring that budget allocations support strategic goals and maximize ROI.
  • Marketing Operations (50%): Collaborate with marketing and field marketing teams to build, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns in Marketo.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Skills:
  • Experience with budget tracking and procurement operations using NetSuite.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and marketing data, providing actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, with strong expertise in Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
