Remote Partner Success Manager
We're seeking a skilled Professional to manage relationships with referral partners and ensure seamless adoption of our referral processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners.
- Collaborate on process optimization and implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and training to partners.
- Engage with partner prospects and support outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and data in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations or customer success.
- Proven experience in process analysis.
- Coaching, training and onboarding expertise.
- Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
