Job DescriptionThis position involves managing strategic customer accounts as the primary point of contact, responsible for developing commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and the company's business strategy.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal functions, including supply chain management, research and development, quality assurance, and commercial operations.
This includes building and managing sales forecasts, overseeing the customer portfolio, leading account planning for major clients, negotiating bids, and identifying new project opportunities to grow the business.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage complex projects.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are also essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nutrition.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food or ingredients industry.
