Sweden needs skilled engineers to relocate and work in a high standard of living environment. As an experienced recruiter for the IT industry, you will find talented professionals ready to relocate and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.

The job requires finding engineers who are interested in relocating to Sweden and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for them and their families. You will work closely with a global team of recruiters and our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Find qualified engineers who are willing to relocate to Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate relocation logistics with support from a global and Swedish team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries to plan and execute recruitment efforts.
  • Support engineers and their families through the move, ensuring a seamless integration process.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • A strong network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Service-oriented mindset toward finding the best solution.
  • High-quality communication skills and brand awareness.
  • Understanding of headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
  • Upper intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and motivated attitude.
  • Resilience and ability to persist after rejection.
  • Passion for success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsiveness and responsibility with a professional appearance.

Job Requirements:

  • Full-time position with eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex time.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • 20 paid vacation days.
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem expenses.
