Senior Account Manager, Platform Success

Our organization seeks a strategic Senior Account Manager to drive client success and retention across our Media Operating System. This individual will be responsible for building trusted partnerships with high-value clients, delivering solutions that drive long-term growth, and mentoring junior team members.

  • Strategic Client Partnership: Serve as the primary relationship owner for key clients, providing strategic guidance, transparency, and proactive communication to anticipate and meet client needs.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the design and execution of sophisticated omnichannel campaigns, leveraging platform capabilities and data-driven insights to achieve client objectives.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to deliver advanced recommendations and insights that empower clients to refine their strategies and achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, advocate for feature enhancements, and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or ad tech, with at least 3 years in a senior client-facing or account management role.
  • Proven experience leading strategic client engagements and growing a book of business against revenue targets.
  • Deep expertise in building and optimizing omnichannel digital campaigns using platform insights and data.
  • Strong analytical skills to draw insights from large datasets and translate them into business solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
