  • Maintain and optimize critical internal platforms to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Partner with developers to address performance, observability, and workflow needs, driving technical innovation.
  • Improve platform scalability, reliability, and monitoring capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
  • Lead technical direction and support engineers within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Key Skills:

  • Observability: Grafana
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
  • Workflow orchestration: Temporal
  • Programming languages: Java, Scala (Golang a plus)
  • Nice-to-Haves: Kafka, ElasticSearch

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong platform expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in platform engineering with proven leadership experience and ability to multitask.
  • Fast learners with good communication skills, including familiarity with Slack.
  • Additional requirements include being transparent, resilient, disciplined, flexible, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
