Desempenhar o papel de porta de entrada entre os usuários e o hospital.

A pessoa responsável por esta função é a interface principal dos pacientes, visitantes e profissionais de saúde. Suas responsabilidades incluem:

  • Atender e acolher pacientes, visitantes e profissionais de saúde;
  • Autorizar procedimentos administrativos relacionados ao atendimento para garantir sua realização eficaz;
  • Cadastrar pacientes, agendar consultas, orientar sobre procedimentos e encaminhar às áreas específicas;
  • Colaborar na organização de documentos e realizar atendimento telefônico.

Para desempenhar suas funções com sucesso, você precisará ter Ensino Médio completo e estar disponível para trabalhar 12 horas por dia. Além disso, é importante destacar que benefícios como insalubridade, assiduidade e refeição no local são oferecidos.
