Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our commercial refrigeration solutions and AI software product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic software, network, and hardware issues using established procedures and knowledge base documentation.
  • Identify root cause issues and document support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards for Windows 10/11, Office 365 configuration, and MFA support for end users, as well as network connectivity via VPN.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff of ongoing issues and provide exceptional customer support between 8 AM to 5 PM CT.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support or help desk role for commercial software.
  • Basic understanding of software, networking, and operating system troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently during non-standard hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
