Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will be able to drive projects forward, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As the overall Leader of the project team, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, forming a cohesive unit and fostering strong communication channels.
  • You will serve as the primary customer interface, managing project management activities that adhere to Salesforce methodology and project gates and governance.
  • Build and lead project plans, overseeing project progress and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Drive teams through the Software engineering experience using Agile, showcasing analytical and technical prowess.
  • Supervise resource utilization in alignment with resource allocation and budget, including timely entry and approvals for project timesheets.
  • Lead one or two large projects or programs, or a couple of small to medium-sized interrelated projects requiring complex cross-functional teamwork and management at the program level.
  • Anticipate and remove obstacles hindering teams from delivering on project goals.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with crafting project deliverables and Salesforce documentation as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Project Management, including handling external client projects.
  • Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce a project plan and collaborate to acquire information, such as estimates, as input to the project plan.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with direct responsibility for leading project teams of 20+ members, as well as managing budgets and schedules.
  • Effectively manage and maintain clear communication with remote consultants.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.
  • Project Management Methodology Certification, such as PMP, SAFe, or Scrum.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English language.
