Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to manage our engineering team in delivering high-quality solutions. This is a fast-paced, problem-solving role operating at the core of server systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of distributed engineers
  • Demonstrate sound technical expertise through active and hands-on guidance
  • Be responsible for planning, estimation, and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals
  • Drive the adoption and advancement of software development best practices
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working with Linux distributions and packaging technologies (e.g., deb, rpm)
  • Proven track record of managing or leading a team of software engineers
  • High-quality technical knowledge in one or more of: Linux system architecture, boot process, Java/GCC/Python/Rust/Go toolchains, ARM, and/or RISC-V
  • Engagement with open source communities and processes
