The role of the Manufacturing Operations Coordinator is crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of production activities, adhering to established policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering strong working relationships with team members.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources.
  • Achieving productivity gains while enhancing quality and meeting customer deadlines.
  • Utilizing available resources efficiently.
  • Addressing operational issues and making informed decisions to resolve or mitigate problems.
  • Performing administrative tasks effectively.
  • Developing and motivating team members, providing clear instructions to enhance job performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with three years of relevant work experience. Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required, as well as effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

This position involves frequent talking or hearing, occasional standing, walking, sitting, using hands to handle objects, and reaching with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required, including close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
