Business Analysis and Performance Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Analysis and Performance Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing effective performance management and monitoring systems.

You will interpret business progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

  • Design data-driven performance evaluation systems for frontline teams based on business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the implementation and guide support for achieving business objectives.
  • Conduct special research and performance reviews on key topics, accumulate business insights, and continuously iterate performance monitoring and evaluation systems.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, proficient in using data analysis tools like SQL.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, capable of coordinating resources across departments to implement solutions.
  • Passion for international business, open-minded, and willing to accept overseas assignments.
