International Business Performance Specialist

The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective performance management systems, promptly and accurately interpret business progress, attribute issues, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Create data-driven performance evaluation frameworks for frontline teams aligned with business objectives;
- Drive the implementation of these frameworks and guide support for achieving business goals;
- Lead special research and performance reviews on key topics, accumulate business insights, and continuously iterate the performance monitoring and evaluation systems.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis preferred;
- High business acumen, excellent analytical skills, proficient in using data analysis tools like SQL;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively coordinating resources across departments to implement solutions;
- Possession of a passion for international business, open-mindedness, and willingness to accept overseas assignments in Brazil.
