About the Role
  • You will be responsible for proactively identifying optimization opportunities via complex data sets, conducting configurations necessary to improve performance, managing support/break fix escalations, and working closely with account managers, R&D, and product to scale and support activity.
  • You will work in a diverse global team towards optimizing existing and new accounts, conversing daily with account managers, product R&D, and directly with clients.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively explore data, dashboards, and conduct account health checks to discover opportunities to optimize and improve our publishers' performance.
  • Identify novel optimization opportunities and implement them into a systematic daily workflow.
  • Lead the development and execution of A/B testing and optimization initiatives across all business units.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for issues as they arise from our business teams across the globe.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales engineering, 3rd level support, technical account management, or similar roles within the AdTech industry.
  • Solid understanding of web front-end technologies including JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging data trends to identify opportunities and formulate actionable strategies for performance enhancement.
  • Ability to monitor and resolve technical issues with existing integrations. Advanced troubleshooting capabilities, including diagnosing and resolving technical bidder issues.
