As a Commercial Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's future by ensuring the successful and on-time performance of commercial contract obligations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with other team members to guarantee accurate and timely information for internal and external customers.
  • Managing sales orders, requisitions, and purchase orders, including shipment and drop-shipment administration for bauxite, alumina, and aluminum.
  • Executing end-to-end trade activities, including hedging and index-based market pricing when required.
  • Providing up-to-date reports and working closely with the shipping scheduling team to ensure delivery according to customer agreements.
  • Supporting internal, external, and international country-specific audits as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or certificate in a relevant supply chain discipline or related field, with ongoing education or certification.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Experience in foreign trade and logistics, or a related field.
  • Professional and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including VBA, Power BI, and Macro development skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
