Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to lead support programs that deliver key benefits to our customers.

The successful candidate will serve as the main contact for project scopes such as Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), Automation Lifecycle Management (ALM), recertification, upgrades, reactivations, capital equipment exchanges, OEM repairs, and other internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project initiation and planning, including scope definition, developing and maintaining the Project Execution Plans (PEP), and updating project registers.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors through engagement and face-to-face interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and teamwork.
  • Monitor project KPIs and overall health, taking proactive measures to address issues.
  • Oversee financial aspects to ensure project profitability and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Fluent in English, with advanced proficiency.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with analytics, business intelligence, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear idea and thought conveyance.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
