Job Summary
The role of Engineering Manager is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for leading the design and development of Systems and product solutions. This individual will be at the forefront of ensuring close relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to report on project progress and effectively manage risks and opportunities.">


  • Develop and execute program plans including budget, schedule, and required resources while being accountable for on-time delivery and budget constraints.
  • Own technical leadership for complex systems and sub-systems with focus on quality, interface management, NPIs and key efforts for future generation products
  • Lead and organize talent development of the organization, including skillset development and cross-training to develop an engineering team capable of covering a broad range of products.
  • Collaborate across product teams and functions to provide clear organizational direction and alignment.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, software or electrical engineering from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 15 years engineering experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an engineering manager within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Prior oilfield experience in drilling or subsea systems
  • Ability to sort through complex technical information and make timely and sound decisions.
