Transaction Management Specialist

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging position within our organization, responsible for managing multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience working in wholesale lending, with a strong understanding of loan products, business processes, and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Loan Lifecycle Management: Assist in building and developing team to support loan origination and lifecycle management, including large complex syndicated and bilateral loans for corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending, and trade.
  • Process Development: Contribute to creating processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management.
  • Technology Implementation: Aid in designing and implementing technology, including testing and rollout.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents.
  • Collaboration: Partner with originating and coverage business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, etc.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years relevant experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and complete assigned tasks with minimal management follow-up.
  • Technical Skills: Tableau or visualization tool familiarity is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical Abilities: Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Global Team Experience: Experience working in a large global team supporting wholesale lending at a large financial institution.
  • Wholesale Lending Knowledge: Knowledge of wholesale loan (syndicated/bilateral) product and business, including understanding of legal loan documentation, loan/funding mechanics, deal structure, funds flows, etc.
