Senior Program Manager (RN) Role

The Senior Program Manager (RN) is responsible for leading a team to provide healthcare services and support to seniors in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hiring process for Senior LIFE staff, ensuring a skilled and dedicated workforce.
  • Manage staff schedules, monitor PTO, and maintain maximum efficiency.
  • Supervise, assist, and support staff in delivering exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with intake teams on new member enrollments, including initial assessments and care plan reviews.
  • Coordinate daily interdisciplinary meetings and family conferences to ensure seamless care planning.
Qualifications:
  • At least five years of management experience, with a minimum two years in a managerial role within a geriatric care facility or program.
  • Current RN license.
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
Work Environment:
  • Full-time employment.
  • Director-level seniority.
