**Agile Leadership Opportunity:**

A leading software consultancy seeks an experienced Agile Leader to drive digital transformation across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, as well as experience in complex environments.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional teams in adopting agile methodologies

- Adapt best practices and techniques according to the scenario

- Guide teams towards self-organization and empowerment

- Manage team artifacts and metrics in JIRA and Confluence

- Foster an inspect-adapt mindset and resolve conflicts

- Provide servant leadership and build high-performing agile teams

**Required Qualifications:**

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaled approaches

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities

- Demonstrated ability to build trust and relationships, bridge communication gaps, and influence stakeholders

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with scaling agile frameworks
