Regulatory Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Project Manager to join our team in LATAM & Canada. The successful candidate will support the implementation of regulatory agenda and drive the enhancement of regulatory report portfolio.

  • Support the deployment of global initiatives across the region and lead region specific initiatives in Regulatory Payment Operations.
  • Perform deep dive reviews, analytics, and project management skills to execute the regulatory agenda.
  • Establish solid working relationships globally and regionally to support regulatory agenda with project sponsors and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and drive projects/programs from inception completion, setting up meetings with stakeholders and working groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working with LATAM & Canada Regulatory Lead and other key stakeholders in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives.
  2. Ensuring regulatory projects delivered successfully meet the approved regulatory requirement and business objectives.
  3. Managing a portfolio of projects that include country specific, regional initiatives or global initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of work experience in banking industry including project management skills, business analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communications (both verbal and written) skill to influence internal stakeholders.
  • Risk and control mindset, risk management experience will be a plus.
