Job Title:

A Patient Support Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing patient support programs within Onco-Hematology. This role ensures effective delivery, alignment with business strategy, compliance with global and local regulations, and improvement in the patient/professional healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements patient support programs aligned with company strategies, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective delivery and compliance;
  • Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness, optimizing processes and innovation tools, analyzing data, and preparing performance reports;
  • Provides continuous training and support to involved teams and manages relationships with external partners;
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to add field feedback to programs and develop educational materials and support for patients and healthcare professionals;
  • Influences positively the patient journey, caregiver, and healthcare professional through PSP services;
  • Monitors KPIs and captures insights that add value to business strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Higher Education in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Sciences, or related fields with a focus on Health;
  • Prior experience in patient support activities, particularly in the Patient Journey;
  • Leadership experience;
  • Experience in pharmaceutical companies;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PPT).
