About the Role

Amazon is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager, Mass Marketing to join our Brazil Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive adoption of new shopping behaviors and shift perceptions of Amazon brands.

About the Team

The Amazon Brazil Marketing Team is responsible for driving awareness for customers about Amazon brands in Brazil. We own both strategy and execution of mass marketing campaigns in a variety of channels such as TV, out of home, digital, and social. We are looking for a customer-obsessed marketing mind to strengthen our ability to delight customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive adoption of new shopping behaviors and shift perceptions of Amazon brands.
  2. Build trustworthy relationships with internal business teams, agency partners, and finance teams.
  3. Ensure strategy alignment through strong coordination with wider marketing teams globally, leveraging and contributing to global and regional best practices.
  4. Develop innovative ways and potentially new tools to communicate with customers across multiple online and offline channels.
  5. Own campaign targeting and segmentation, messaging, content, design, and planning. Build and execute campaigns, report on individual campaign results and bigger picture trends.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced marketing professional who is able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong track record of delivering customer insights and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns based on those insights to drive customer acquisition, activation, reactivation, and retention. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence others, working closely with various local and global teams internally (research, creative, product, prime) and externally (agencies, media, research, business partners).
