Construction Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Construction Employee. In this role, you will be responsible for installing posters and bulletins, performing maintenance on physical structures and surrounding properties, and working on digital assets as required.

• Climb ladders and work from elevated platforms to heights of up to 125 feet, multiple times daily.
• Perform physical labor, including lifting weights up to 100 lbs., and operating gas-powered equipment.
• Utilize safety equipment and follow company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work in all weather conditions and tolerate exposure to outdoor elements.
• Meet maximum weight restrictions and possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with clients at all levels.
• Adaptability to changing work environments and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
