Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships for our fast-growing, award-winning company based in Europe.
**Job Summary**
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining key partnerships, with a primary focus on the Italian and French markets. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities and implement effective commercial strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relations with key commercial partners, utilising CPA/CPL/CPM, Hybrid, Revenue Share & Tenancy commercial models to optimise deal performance.
- Work closely with local stakeholders & product owners to optimise partner prioritisation and uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Keep up to date with regulation, compliance and market trends to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
- Implement and develop the local sales strategy, pricing and pipeline, owning the commercial pipeline for Better Collective's Italian and French assets.
- Work with Commercial Team Lead & Head of Commercial to ensure market targets are met, and analyse and appraise monthly commercial performance.
- Provide monthly partner/account reporting to highlight key issues and suggestions for development, and participate in quarterly meetings & business performance reports with key partners.
**Requirements**
- Relevant BD/Commercial/Marketing experience in iGaming.
- Digital marketing knowledge - ideally affiliate.
- A solid understanding of the iGaming industry.
- A proven track record with sales and relationship/account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a commercially strategic mindset.
- Highly organised, self-driven & proactive, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
- French language skills would be beneficial.
